How It Works
01 — Contact Us
Send a request to support@wintra.fr with your order number and reason for return.
02 — Pack Your Item
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
03 — Ship It Back
We provide a prepaid return label for orders within the EU.
04 — Get Refunded
Refund processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your parcel.
Conditions
- • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- • Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with all original tags.
- • Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
- • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after reception.
- • International returns (outside EU) are at the customer's expense.
